A Holistic Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness advocate who works with clients- men and women alike, to help them feel their best through food and lifestyle changes. Instead of prescribing one-size-fits-all way of eating or exercising, Health Coaches should tailor individualized wellness programs to meet the needs of their clients.

 As a holistic health coach, I work with people on an individual basis as their wellness ally and personal cheerleader.  It's a partnership with the goal of identifying small integrative steps you can take to become a healthier, happier, more vibrant version of you- that is, your true self.  No one should have to live their lives feeling exhausted, lethargic, bloated, disconnected, or depressed.  It's our birthright to feel well and lead happy lives, but sadly, many people have settled for much, much less than what they deserve.  My job is to help you unravel the knots that have led to your current reason in searching for guidance.  The work itself is essentially part listener and part advice-giver with and emphasis on encouraging and allowing you to learn to listen to your own body and decide whats right for you. 

The main role of a holistic health coach is to facilitate a discussion that allows you to recognize and use the tools you already have available to implement positive behavior changes leading you to a healthier life in general, not just through food,-although a large factor, but in all areas of  life, as well as relationships, physical activity, spirituality, and career. Essentially, all facets of the life circle should be in balance to enjoy true health. These are some of the things I will focus on with you as a client, which empowers you to:

3.  Recognize and evaluate your success

It's not about rushing to size zero, adopting the latest fad diet for 5 minutes, or adrenal fatiguing workouts; it's about you taking each day to nurture and give yourself the tender loving care that is so deeply needed so that you can be YOUR best you.  Do you know who that is?  By working together, I can help you find out how to keep your basket full of what makes you happiest.
